Dave is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political and Social Change at ANU. He is researching the practice of mass pardons in Myanmar, including how they are experienced by people in prison. He has worked in journalism, social justice and social policy roles, and is currently a research officer with the ANU Myanmar Research Centre.
