Yunkang Liu
Yunkang Liu, is a Ph.D. student in Politics and International Relations at the School of Social Sciences, University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney, where he received the University International Postgraduate Award (UIPA). Before this, he served as a consultant at the UNESCO Regional Office in Bangkok, and supported the team to Literacy and Lifelong Learning Team in implementing a regional cooperative program on equitable education projects in Southeast Asia.
Yunkang holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, and an MBA degree in Asia-Pacific Business from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) Business School. He has published several opinion pieces and articles in prestigious research institutions, Journals, and Media, such as the Asia Research Institute of the National University of Singapore, the Saw Swee Hock Southeast Asia Centre of the London School of Economics and Political Science, Kyoto Review of Southeast Asia, Lianhe Zaobao and the BangkokPost, and presented his work at international conferences. His research interests are Development Studies and Geopolitics/economics in Southeast Asia, Asia-Pacific Studies, and International Politics, Relations, and Business.
